Le pompe volumetriche della serie Dragon, sono
state concepite per il trasferimento in pressione di
fanghi civili ed industriali e trovano il loro impiego
ideale nell’alimentazione dei filtri pressa a piastre.
La particolarità di queste pompe è costituita dalla
caratteristica di regolare la portata e la pressione
durante la fase di filtrazione in base alle esigenze
del filtro.
La regolazione dei parametri avviene seguendo
una legge a potenza costante, in modo da
contenere l’assorbimento energetico lavorando
sempre con alti valori di rendimento, tipico delle
macchine volumetriche.
A differenza di una pompa centrifuga infatti,
qualsiasi siano i valori di pressione e portata in cui
si trova ad operare, la macchina risulta sempre
molto performante.
Volumetric pumps of Dragon series are very useful
in transfer of civil and industrial sludge, in
particular theirs best scenario is the feeding of
plate filter press.
These kind of pumps is able to adjust delivery and
pressure of filtration according to plate filter press
needs.
Regulation of delivery and pressure is performed
by following a filtration constant-power curve.
In this way, Dragon pump can always easily work
with high value of efficiency.
Whatever is the value of pressure and delivery,
Dragon pump is always very efficient.
Centrifugal pumps has not this property, because
the efficiency depends on the value of pressure and
delivery.

L’attenzione dedicata alle prestazioni
non ci ha impedito di concentrarci
anche su altri aspetti, come ad
esempio ottenere una semplice ed
agevole operatività in fase di
manutenzione.
La pompa è completa di quadro
elettrico e PLC, con possibilità di
interfacciarsi al quadro elettrico del
filtro a piastre.
Dotata di due sensori induttivi di
regolazione finecorsa e di due sensori
induttivi per inizio rampe di
accelerazione/decelerazione che
consentono una drastica
diminuzione dei colpi di ariete.
Equipaggiata di scambiatore termico
aria-olio oppure acqua-olio a
seconda delle esigenze e di
termostato e livellostato di sicurezza.

The pump comes with a switch panel
and PLC with the possibility to
interface with the electrical panel of
the filter press. Equipped with two
inductive switches to adjust the limit
and two switches to start
acceleration/deceleration ramps to
decrease water hammer strikes.
Equipped with either air-oil or water-
oil heat exchangers depending on
the requirements, the thermostat
and the safety level switch.
