Assembly Sequence:1. Assemble all vertical boxes first.2. Place vertical boxes in approximate positions before adding

horizontals, noting placement of feet and positions of “L” and “Y” connectors (see Basic Assembly - page 4).

3. Add stabilizers (if needed) after assembling framework.4. After assembly, level the unit by adjusting feet.5. Install fabric graphic banners after leveling unit.6. Install cable graphics.7. Install counters and shelves.8. Assemble and install the curved header (if used).9. Finally, add lights onto top horizontals.

Basic Assembly: iinnlliitteenn

The basic box vertical structure isattached to the horizontal trusspieces by either the “L” or the”Y”connector. The “L” connector isused connect one truss piece to thebox. the “Y” connector is used toconnect two truss pieces to the boxstructure at right angles. Connectorsare used both at the base and thetop of the box. The connectors canalso be reconfigured if needed.Note: Do not remove feet and con-nectors when repacking unless theunit will be reconfigured at the nextsetup.

Two box structures areconnected with thestraight connector. Allconnectors are tightenedwith an allen wrench.

Assemble thestabilizer byfitting thestabilizer baseonto the baseof the verticalbox. Next, fitthe stabilizertube into thebase and fit theouter section ofthe tube clamponto thevertical tubesof the box.

Fit up to four 46” Horizontals into the folder,fold over the side flaps and close the top.

CurvedHorizontals

The23”StraightHorizontals and theCurved Horizontals usethe same type of folder, but fitin opposite directions. Up to 4 23”Horizontals or up to 3 Curved Horizontalscan fit into one folder. Fold over the side flapsand close the top.

Fit two counters upsidedown into the open folder,fasten the restraining straps,and close the top.

Fit two shelves upside down into theopen folder, fasten the restrainingstraps, and close the top. Shelf brack-ets will pack in a separate box. Shelfstandards will pack into a tube.

Remove the Banner Graphics from the unit and lay out on a clean, openspace. Fold the Banner in half and roll the hanging brackets inside the fab-ric. Place the rolled banner into a tube.
