SettingStanley Lieber was born on December 28, 1922. His parents Jack and Celia immigrated from Romania to live in the U.S. They lived in a tiny house in New York. His mom made him study a lot so it could get him out of school early, and he could get a job to make money for the family. At age sixteen he graduated from DeWitt Clinton High School. He also skipped college to get a job because he needed to continue working. After he graduated he got a job at Timely Comics owned by Martin Goodman. While he was there he made his first comic, Captain America and created Fantastic Four in 1961. In 1962 he created Hulk, X-men, and Spiderman.

Book RecommendationI will give this book a two thumbs up! It explained everything in detail from the beginning of Stan Lee to what Stan is now! It said all the years that each comic was published and was very detailed about everything in his life!
