Cook checked with Lt. Darrell Johnson and Pat

Solar, then COP in Genoa, and they both said

neither of them talked with Janet back in 1994.

This occurred sometime between 11/19 and

12/30 (report date). These discovery docs include

very early reports of crime, including Hindenberg's

12/3/57 report, and newspaper clippings.

Hindenberg's original description: "yellow, blue,

green sweater, gray hat, blonde hair. Also, "A 50-

51 Ply, Dodge, or chrysler license not known, tan

club coupe, white sidewalls, red wheel rims was

seen in neighborhood about 7:00 PM".

Later description on SAO-426: medium to tall,

5'10" or 5'11", medium to slight build, blonde

hair, late 20's or early 30's, blue jeans, white

sweater of ski type with varigated color designs

across the chest (varied considerable on

subsequent descriptions), sweater had crew neck,

wore inside belt, belt buckle varied over time, gry

flannel hat tipped back on head, nervous habit of

brushing back long blonde hair (might be light

brown). READ THIS!

Jack's claims of innocence for Schmack to introduce

in court under Rule 3.8 (not yet in force till 1/1/16).

Good summary by Tom on what was wrong at

trial and what appellate court said about it. Much

of what's in this letter Schmack carries forward

into his 3/25 answer..." Finally, McCulloch asks

Schmack if he would consent to his standing, and

not object to Tom resubmitting Jack's petition.
