I hold a BA (Degree) from the University Of Johannesburg with a focus on Information and knowledge management including Business management. I am a hard-working, confident and determined individual, who is self-motivated, determined and have a can do attitude. I always strive to achieve growth in both my career and personal life, which I aim to add value and deliver quality in all that I make a commitment to.
I am an honest, dependable, reliable, outgoing, energetic and approachable person and always willing to assist others where help is needed. Over the past year I have gained vital technical and soft skills and recently been developing myself as a management consultant with a focus on Business analysis, Data analysis, Process analysis and Project management. I have also gained some valuable experience in taking on the role as a Business analyst and Data analyst in the banking industry.
As a Business analyst, I worked on projects in the VAF and Fleet management environment, some of my responsibilities included setting up and facilitating meetings for requirements gathering, reviewing previous documents, mapping the as-is and to be processes, taking meeting minutes and assisting with research for other projects. However this is not the only area of focus as I also had opportunities to gain experience and growth by taking on various roles on different projects like junior project management, coordination and project administration on a large scale project at Barclays. Lastly I gained exposure in a role as a data analyst for fixed asset management project.
