and Sundays 2pm until 4pm. In August it will be open every day.
TEIGNMOUTH TO SHALDON FERRYThe Teignmouth to Shaldon Ferry is Britain’s oldest passenger ferry and operates a continuous daily service providing an essential link between Teignmouth and the picturesque village of Shaldon.
SHAFTESBURY THEATREThe Dawlish Repertory Company normally put on five or six shows each year plus at least two other shows are performed by outside hirers. There are regular table-top sales, art exhibitions and a variety of films are also shown using the latest cinema equipment. The building that is now the Shaftesbury Theatre was constructed in 1881 and had been used for meetings and a variety of social gatherings prior to being a theatre.
TEIGNMOUTH PIERMeasuring 212m in length and housing a shoreward end pavilion and undercover amusements, the pier was closed in Feb 2014 after being damaged by winter storms but reopened in July 2014.

WATERFOWL ENCLOSUREThe Brook in Dawlish has been home to the Black Swans since the early 1900’s. There are also other
Waterfowl such as Chinese and African Geese that can be seen enjoying this tranquil space. Within the Waterfowl enclosure you can see various species including Carolina Ducks, Crested Bantam Ducks, Call Ducks, Bahama Pintail Ducks, Mandarin Ducks and Black East Indies. The

The Festival is long renowned as an eclectic one that caters for all tastes in jazz and blues from trad to avant garde , from Delta to Chicago Blues with musicians from overseas to local with a wide array of talent from Devon’s prestigious jazz community
This year will see a move to a wider range of more intimate venues such as the newly refurbished Ice Factory and Bronx Bar that will give the ambience that makes jazz such a special experience. There will also be a Fringe of bands playing in pubs, cafés and shops that really means the town will be ‘dancing in the streets’
