• DBE bidders must be certified by
• Missouri Regional Certification Committee
(MRCC) which is the Unified Certification
Program. The MRCC includes firms who have DBE certification
with MoDOT, St. Louis Lambert Airport Authority, Metro, City of
Kansas City, and Kansas City Area Transportation Authority.
