Parents’ survey

Parents preferred the frequent supply of fruits > juices > desserts that accompanied the main meals

96% parents prefer the supply of fruits at least 2 times per week

75% parents prefer the supply of juices for at least 2 times per week

Desserts: 28% no need, 33% once, 22% twice

Recommendation: Fruits 2-3x, Juices 2x, Desserts 0-1x on a weekly basis

57% and 60% are satisfied* with the quantity and quality of fruits provided, while 43% and 40% students are not satisfied.

Students’ survey

1. Students preferred the frequent supply of juices > desserts > fruits that accompanied the main meals
