Differences from the Cisco CAG and Lab Guide:
Pods 5 and 6 are not 5548UP so the connection to the MDS is done with the first port of the FiberChannel module (fc2/1) instead of
Ethernet 31.
DCNM Server are over ESXi, if you reload CSeries, Windows Server with DCNM Server should autostartup but sometimes remains
shutdown, you can access to 192.168.10.120 via remote desktop and run VSphere to start DCNM Server (VM with DCUFI# name), there
are IPs from VM, ESXi and CIMC
StudentPCs*
DCNM Servers
192.168.10.12X Administrator/NXos12345
CIMC 192.168.10.4X admin/NXos12345
ESXi 192.168.10.13X root/NXos12345
DCNM LAN https://192.168.10.12X:8082/dcnm-client/ Recommended with Chrome
administrator/NXos12345
DCNM SAN https://192.168.10.12X:8081 administrator/NXos12345
VM with VSphere 192.168.10.120 administrator/NXos12345
*DCUFI haven’t StudentPCs, but you can use DCNM Server as StudentPC
C200 are connected to N2248 by interface 25
Remember N7000 and MDS are shared devices with other PODs, maybe another instructor is using same lab too, please don’t erase or

o if you access via Console
You will have double login, first login is with VPN credentials, second login is with device credentials

o If you access via telnet
Many simultaneous connections are allowed
You have to enabled telnet and IP mgmt. address
You need to use “terminal monitor” to see any console message
