InveStart is an equity-based crowdfunding pla�orm that will allow any company from anywhere in the world to raise capital using an innova�ve model.

By taking advantage of crea�ng Konzor�a Capital’s new asset class, it allows the company to run a private sale stage first that will result in enough funds to obtain the required licensing for the companies part of the consor�um and the necessary funding to run an aggressive marke�ng campaign during its pre-NAO while doing an Ini�al Exchange Offering(IEO).
