PROCESS EVALUATION SYSTEM(in accordance with the EN 13060 standard)

PROGRAMMED MAINTENANCE

Self-testing system signaling the need for maintenance:• Cleaning of chamber filter (after 200 cycles)

• Replacement of bacteriologic filter (after 400 cycles)• Replacement of door gasket (after 1000 cycles)

• General servicing (after 3000 cycles)

CERTIFIED PRODUCTION AND TESTINGBefore being approved for use, each Mocom autoclave is tested for 7 hours in compliance with the EN 13060 standard. The specific document relating

to the “Works Test” (upon request) is supplied together with the autoclave.

STAND-ALONE VERSION

• Installation in any position by simply connecting the autoclave to a power outlet.

• Practical opening on top for the demineralized water pouring directly into

the tank.

• Alternatively, an auxiliary pump is also available for automatically pumping water

from an external tank that can be connected to the back of the autoclave.



The remaining water can be discharged through the front

connection, or through a special connection on the back of the autoclave that

can be directly connected to the drainpipes.

The completely autonomous autoclaves, providing considerable time saving and optimization of the operating phases.



MILLENNIUM WITH MOCOPURE 100


MOCOPURE 100

• Demineralization system made up of two resin cartridges with ionic exchange for the production of high quality demineralized water.

•In-built conductivity sensor.

• Autonomy of 250-350 cycles (based on the quality and hardness of the water from the mains supply and on the type of cycle).


MOCOPURE 100

• Directly connected to the autoclave and operated by 2 AA batteries.

•Acoustic and light signals indicating when it is necessary to replace the cartridges or batteries.

•Easy filter replacement with the aid of the specific tool included.


The most eco-friendly demineralization system, with the ideal autonomy for several sterilization cycles a day.

MILLENNIUM WITH MOCOPURE 500



MOCOPURE 500

• Based on the principle of reverse osmosis which eliminates all the organic and inorganic substances.

• Autonomy of 1200-1500 cycles (based on the quality and hardness of the water from the mains supply and on the type of cycle).

• In-built conductivity sensor.

• Free positioning.


MOCOPURE 500

• Directly connected to the autoclave and operated by 2 AA batteries.

• Acoustic and light signals indicating when it is necessary to replace the cartridges or batteries.
