Dear Sir,

As you are aware, the spot valuation work at JNTUH has been started from 10th

December 2014 for the end semester examinations held in this month. The Spot valuation work is equally important and also the affiliated colleges bear equal responsibility to complete the spot valuation task at the earliest. All the Principals are requested to take the SPOT VALUATION work as SERIOUS WORK which has to be completed in time.

The Principals are requested to note the following important points regarding the spot valuation work.

1. Without the cooperation of the Principals of affiliated colleges and the evaluators, it is very difficult to complete the huge task within scheduled by J N T U Hyderabad. Hence your cooperation is very much required.

2. Please depute the evaluators as per the schedule given by the University by considering the period of evaluation as ON DUTY, because valuation work is also a part academic activity and the teachers cannot afford to evaluate on their own leaves. Principals are requested to note this point and treat the period as ON DUTY.

3. Please send atleast two evaluator from each branch of engineering from each college in order to complete the task as per the schedule. The issue becomes more critical in certain specialization areas, where fewer colleges are offering instructions.

4. Please see that the teachers must have at least three years of experience in that subject for the evaluation.

5. Please ask the evaluator to bring the relieve letter from the college, identity card and Xerox copy of the PAN CARD and ask them to report the spot center.

6. It is also to be noted that the list of colleges which are not sending the evaluators for spot valuation will be viewed seriously by the University.

7. Since there is no class work for 2nd, 3rd, 4th B. Tech Students, please depute the evaluators immediately and utilize the vacation period effectively so as to complete the hectic task at the earliest.

Please upload the list of evaluators sent to the university to the email id - cejntuh@jntuh.ac.in and cooperate with the University.
