Dealer Scorecard Ranker – August 2012 (VBA/Excel) This program was created to force unformatted data into a more readable format. A large statistical report was

provided via the body of an email, but with many locations and many statistical breakdowns it was hard to look at

the data as a whole. A program was developed to analyze each breakdown, and rank the stores from highest to

lowest. Once this was done, a numerical scale was applied to generate a “score” for each store. This score

represented overall average performance. Manually without a program, this process would take 1 hour per day to

do. With the program, the entire process took 2 minutes with.
