Greetings from ISA Malappuram ! Under the auspices of ISA Kerala state chapter, we are delighted to host the ISA SOUTH ZONE PG ASSEMBLY and ISAMIDKON 2018, to be held at the hospital city of Perinthalmanna in the heart of Gods Own Country - Kerala. We take this opportunity to welcome you all to this academically enlightening programme, scheduled on the 10 th and 11 th of March 2018. This two-day assembly, featuring around 35 lectures in Anaesthesia and peri-operative management, is intended for anaesthesia residents and anaesthesiologists. On the first day we have case presentations by postgraduate students in front of an eminent panel of MD/DNB examiners simulating the exam scenario. A basic USG guided regional anaesthesia workshop will also be included on the same day for practising anesthesiologists. The second day features the CME programme by eminent speakers with topics of interest to both the practicing anaesthesiologists and for the students. The topics will emphasize on current information of practical value. An audience response system will be used throughout the course to allow for audience interaction with the faculty. Platform presentations and posters of case reports and research papers are invited at the venue. We request the postgraduates and the practicing anaesthesiologists to make use of this opportunity. We eagerly look forward to receive you with our well known Malabar hospitality and promise to make this CME programme a memorable experience.
