Being a resident of Markham for the past 27 years, I am proud to inform you that I will be running in the upcoming municipal election for Regional Councilor in Markham.

My ability to communicate with people of all backgrounds has allowed me to understand the needs of the diverse communities in Markham. Over the past years, I have been actively involved in serving the community through helping the underprivileged, health organizations and fostering growth in Markham’s small businesses.

Our community deserves a representative who genuinely cares about their interests and concerns. As your Regional Councilor I am committed to:

Responsible Development

- To ensure public funds are allocated towards supporting Markham’s infrastructure and reducing taxes

- To ensure private sector projects are being funded by private money instead of our hard earned tax money

Better Transportation

- Develop a transit system that is user-friendly by better integration with other transit systems in relation to timing and fare structure

- Higher frequency buses to better serve the foreseeable fast-growing population of Markham

Accountability & Transparency

-To ensure your voice is heard in current challenges and policy making decisions within the town hall

Senior/Youth Issue

-To develop community centers and create learning/recreation programs for both the youth and elderly we care so much about

Community Safety

- Support and assist our police officers in their pursuit of justice

- Improve support for neighborhood watch programs
