Dear Prospective Team,
The Infusion Management Team is proud to present Penn State’s fourth annual
Filmi-Fusion dance competition. Infusion will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at the
prestigious Eisenhower Auditorium in State College, Pennsylvania. We invite you to
perform alongside the top dance teams from around the nation and join us for a
weekend filled with endless excitement and unforgettable memories.
We are very fortunate to give our winners bid points towards eligibility for the
national competition, Bollywood America 2016. Nine teams will be carefully chosen to
compete for more than $3,000 in cash prizes. The bid points will be awarded to the
first-place team at Infusion.
Please fill out the attached Registration Packet 1 to apply for Infusion 2016.
Additional information related to the registration materials and the selection process
can be found below.
Enclosed you will find a checklist that will help ensure that all the required
registration steps are completed in the allotted time. As we receive the required items,
you will be notified with delivery confirmation emails. Once all registration materials
have been received, audition videos will be carefully reviewed and the teams will be
notified of their acceptance no later than December 13, 2015.
We recognize all your efforts and would like to make this an extraordinary
experience for your team. Infusion strives to cater to the participants’ interests and relies
on your help to make this event a memorable one. We would like to work with your
team to provide you with the best possible experience at Infusion 2016 and would love
to hear from you during any part of the process.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES
A minimum of 12 members and a maximum of 20 members, including dancers,
captains and managers, are allowed on the roster of each team.
At least 75% of the members must be registered students at a university.
Please note that if you are accepted to participate in Infusion, you will be required to provide a photocopy of each dancer’s driver’s license and university student ID.
AUDITION VIDEO GUIDELINES
Audition video must be a minimum of 2 minutes and a maximum of 3 minutes (If the
video is longer than 3 minutes, only the first 3 minutes will viewed and used in the
selection process).
Videos may NOT be edited; they MUST be one continuous take.
75% of the team MUST be in the audition video.
The routine performed in the audition video must be representative of the routine
being used for Infusion 2016.
Videos from previous performances or competitions CANNOT be used.
NO props, costumes, special lighting or representation of the school’s name are
allowed in the audition videos.
Audition videos are due with Registration Packet 1 on November 29, 2015.

Upload your audition video to Dropbox.
Email your video's Dropbox link to [email protected].
We request that you PLEASE follow all the rules described above regarding audition
videos. Teams that fail to follow the appropriate submission procedures will be subject to
removal from the application pool.

APPLICATION CHECKLIST
All items below are due by November 29, 2015. Please note that materials received
between November 30, 2015 and December 6, 2015 will be considered late and
charged the $50 late registration fee. NO applications will be accepted after
December 6, 2015.

Please make all checks payable to Penn State University ATTN: Infusion. Application fees
are non-refundable.
We will send a delivery notification email after we receive each part of your
application. Further notification will be sent when your application is complete.
Acceptance notifications will be sent out by no later than December 13, 2015 and,
if invited to compete at Infusion 2016, further instructions on completing
Registration Packet 2 will be given.
