Subject: Drilling of thirty Bore holes three states in Sudan
Dear Sirs
Hereby, our proposal for drilling 30 complete water yard (drilling water
well constricting electrical submersible pump, elevated water tank
5000 gallon on tower 6 meter , solar unit ) and constricting additional
10 solar units for other 10 station or villages .
We put 10 in each state so as to be reasonable for executing and
controllable for monitoring and flow up.
, the details are as follows:
1/ Verbal agreement then contract with our contractors
2/ Site visit & geophysical study.
4/ Collecting and preparing all drilling materials in (Khartoum)
5/ Mobilization (drilling unit from Khartoum to the base station in
target area)
6/Mobilization of all drilling materials and well accessory from KH
To the drilling site
7/Drilling sit No.1 then shift to sit No.2 to the end
8/ Perfect drilling data (samples, penetration rate record, well design)
9/ Installation casing (dia 6 or 8 inch due to type of wells and method of
drilling)
10/ Back washing, packing the gravel
11/ development (using pump or air)
12/ Pumping test (constant pumping test data)
13/ Water sample will be taken proper for chemical analysis
14/ Top and bottom cover for borehole.

5. Work Plan:
1. Site visit and geophysics study
2. Collection and preparation of all needs in Khartoum will take five
days.
3. Check the potential of tools plus accessory equipment one day.
4. Mobilization to the base station 3 days.
5. Site preparation(one day)- and set up equipments in site No.1-
then
6. Drilling first –location all drilling operations (drilling, installation
of casing , back washing lowering gravel , development ,
pumping test ) then shift to the second then third location to the
end .
7. Remark; one bore hole complete may take 5 to 15± days

Calculating of the actual or the realist cost of every bore hole can be calculated from this bill of quantity. if existing bore hole greater than 500 the U pvc 6"-8ʺ ,10bar20ft pipe, casing +screens will be replaced by Iron casing ASTM
This is cost of 30 holes in three states.
The cost of installation of other 10 locations pumps with solar system and its already drilled but need to installation the solar system with pumps:
