together. Please ensure that you are continuing to revise for your exams and completing

coursework at home.

The attached daily routine and revision booklet will fully support with preparing you for this.

All resources will be available on Google classrooms (codes attached), so please ensure

you are accessing these at all times.

Despite the current situation of school closure, we will schedule a mock exam period as

soon as we have further guidance. You can also use learning platforms such as GCSE POD,

Method Maths and Seneca etc. outlined below. Use as many revision techniques as possible

to revise for each subject and plan your revision on a daily basis. Please contact you

teachers via email if you have any subject related queries.

It is also the expectation that you complete coursework at home. Attached are the deadlines

for coursework to be completed by the end of Year 10. Please work on meeting these

deadlines where possible.

Suggested Daily Routine

Before 9.00am Set a regular alarm each day.

Get up, washed and dress and have breakfast

9.00 - 10.00 Subject 1 – Mathematics.

10.00 - 10.15 Have a break, get a drink, have some fresh air.

10.15 - 11.15 Subject 2 – English.

11.15 - 11.30 Have a break, get a drink and a snack, go for a walk.

11.30 - 12.30 Subject 3 – Science.

12.30 - 1.30 Lunch

1.30 - 2.00 Read a book

2.00 - 3.00 Subject 4 – Option*.

After 3.00 Help around the house, listen to music, do some exercise, prepare

dinner, watch TV. Go to bed at a reasonable time.

*Choose a different option subject each day
