Pre-Legal Collections

Fixed Fee Legal

• Fixed fee services minimise costs, and shows our

clients the real cost of pursuing debt from the

beginning.

• We are able to use the Claims Production Centre,

which guarantees delivery of the claim the

following day.

Defended Debt Recovery

Following the reforms to Court procedure, the

recovery of costs in lower value claims can

be restricted.

We have a team of specialist lawyers who

handle the defended debt recovery. This

means that although there is an hourly rate

charged for the work, we can keep the costs

to a minimum.
