Although we are happy with our improving scores, there is still much to be done. We must give our best effort in everything we do; take all tests seriously in order for our true achievement to shine. Robotics a club which gives students the opportunity to create, problem solve and develop team skills through the process of programming a robot to complete “missions”. St. George Middle School has had a Robotics Team for two years now, so we are build- ing on a firm foundation. This year’s Baby Wolverine Robotics Team consists of 17 students. They have worked on creating a mat , built and programmed a robot to do “missions”, researched a solution to the challenges faced by senior citizens, and explored the core values related to working together as a team! On Friday, Dec. 7 th , our team will get to share what has been accomplished as we travel to Orangeburg Technical College for a Lego Robotics Competition. We will get to show what we have done and see what other teams from across the state have developed. Our Lego Robotics Team members (whom Ms. Ramsey and I are very proud of) are Ajzahn Brown, Amethyst Hoff, Victoria Tripp, Shauna Behrick, Gavin Miller, Yo’Quan Asbury, Nicholas Behrick, Angel Shuler, Carolina Ramsey, Jacob Harrington, Bryant Moore, Daniel Murray, Stephanie Walters, Meagan Simmons, Kaitlyn Heinze, and Treyvon Griffin.
