December 2015 SAVE THIS DATE AUTHORS’ DAY OCTOBER 22, 2016 We are already making plans for next year’s fundraiser. As you may recall, the profits go toward supporting scholarships for deserving individuals at CSUCI and many, local eighth-grade, Tech Trek girls. The event is again booked at the Four Points Sheraton Hotel Saturday, October 22, 2016. Please mark this date on your calendar, and we hope you will be able to join us for another successful event. Non-Fiction Book Club Meets Tuesday, December 8 The non-fiction book club had a very interesting meeting this week. Heretic was a great choice for provoking discussion. The next meeting is Tuesday, December 8, 1:00 PM, at Eileen Rinde’s house. Secret History of the Mongol Queens by Jack Weatherford will be discussed. Please remember that we will be meeting at the second Tuesday of each month. Freeze-dried food that has reached the expiration date 4. A food sealer and someone that can help us prepare the food samples. We are already making plans for next year’s fundraiser. Non-Fiction Book Club

Meets Tuesday, December 8
