Summary Real estate investment activity picked up in Hermosa Beach to close out 2015 with total sales climbing 25% month-over-month. Other improved metrics include 11.36% increase in the median sales prices, an 8.11% drop in median days to sell, and a 55.41% spike in the sales-listing ratio. Similar trending behavior was recorded for year-over-year December data points.
