‘TOP INTERNS’ AWARD CEREMONY

Every year, Abudawood Pakistan inducts interns from various universities acrossPakistan in the pursuit of injecting hi-potential talent into the dynamic andchallenging business environment.

Eight interns were on boarded in cities of Lahore, Hyderabad, Sialkot, Sargodha,Jhelum, Peshawar, Bahawalpur and Multan and assigned projects in CBD and CSL.After completion, their work was presented to the respective HOD and Head of HRand gauged on a preset rating criteria.

The top 3 interns were:

1st: Hassan Sharif (Jhelum) – CBD

2nd : Faizan Khan (Multan) – CSL

3rd: Abdul Muqeet Azhar (Lahore) – CBD

Their achievement was celebrated through award ceremonies held in Lahore (forHassan Sharif and Abdul Muqeet) and Multan (for Faizan Khan). The interns weredistributed gifts after which they spoke about their experience at ADP followed bya lunch with senior management.

MHE SESSION AT KARACHI KORANGI

A short training session on “Material Handling Equipment” (MHE) was held atKarachi Korangi branch led by Bilal Ahmed Memon (Warehouse Supervisor). 4Warehouse Officers and 12 Loaders attended the session.

The purpose of the session was to make the audience learn about MHE (which isused for the movement and storage of material within a facility or a site). Asequipment users, they learned how to eliminate accidents, increase storagespace and improve working conditions.

The session was very engaging where all the attendees gave their input on how toenhance daily working operations and suggestions to make the workingenvironment more professional.

Hats off to team Peshawar Sub D for closing H-1 nationally ontop and closing Dec-Jan both on top which shows greatcommitment and consistency.We, as a team, believe in setting high standards for ourselvesand striving to deliver the best. I am sure that great results inchallenging times will continue and the can-do attitude willmake things great for us. InshaAllah!
