“Hanging Of The Greens/Taste Of Victoria/Sunday, December 2nd”

– We are so excited about this weekend! Special thanks goes to all

who have had a part in decorating the church this year! The Christmas

trees remind us of the tremendous impact Christ has made on our

world! “The Hanging of the Greens” & “Taste Of First Baptist” is

one of the finest events of our year! I hope that you and your family are

planning to be a part of this wonderful event! We have the opportunity to begin the “Christmas

Season” with the focus on the “Reason For The Season!” That reason for our season is

Jesus Christ our Lord! Join us this weekend as we celebrate the difference the “Christ

Child” brings to our world! Please take this opportunity to invite your family, friends, neighbors,

and prospects to this marvelous event. Dottie Legg tells me that we have 18 tables with over

29 families that will be sharing their finest delicacies of Christmas. Don’t miss this wonderful

event beginning at 5:00 p.m. “Hanging Of The Greens” & “Taste of First Baptist” at

6:00 p.m. this Sunday, December 2nd!

“Adult Choir Christmas Presentation”- We are looking forward to the beautiful Christmas

presentation by our Adult Choir on Sunday, December 9th in the morning worship hour! Pray

for our choir members as they prepare this wonderful story!

“A Lamb’s Tale/Sunday Evening December 16th” – God continues to bless us with Children

here at First Baptist! Special thanks to Beth Spiller and her workers who work faithfully each

week with our children. Don’t miss this blessed presentation by our children on Sunday,

Evening December 16th at 6:00 p.m. and the reception to follow!

“Christmas Eve Service/December 24th/5:00 P.M.” –Please plan to join us for our

“Traditional Christmas Eve Service” at a new time – This year we are planning our service

for 5:00 p.m. This will allow us to celebrate our Lord’s Birthday and provide for you and your

families to be on time for supper! What a great way to honor our Lord and our families. Plan
