The holidays are upon us so lets all have a safe and Merry Christmas. There will be many events this month so check out the newsletter and our community face book page for details. Make sure that you have returned the address/email form so that we can update our directory and mass email list.
If you want information on the 55+ golf villas section contact the sales office for details. We should be breaking ground in February. We are in the process of working with builders and finalizing plans.
As you know the hunting season is upon us as well. You may hear hunters outside of our neighbor‐hood. Deer and duck season goes out first week of January.
Please invite friends to experience our golf course. We also welcome non‐member residents to play 4 times a year paying active rates. If you join now and pay the down payment your 1st months dues are not due until April 1st, 2019. The pro shop is full of golf attire with Chesdin logo’s and open 7 days a week. Come visit for Christmas gifts and sales.
We have a great community here at Chesdin and all the help from volunteers that plan and organ‐ize all our events are so important and much appreciated! Thank you all so much!
As some of you are aware we are so lucky to have a fantastic food and beverage management team now. Abel, Nick and Chef Dave Baumann have teamed up and putting out some fabulous food & drinks. And to mention the Sunday Brunch Buffet which is a great deal with delicious offerings. Come up and bring the family to try all the specials with something every night of the week.
Be sure to contact the office for the current builders list and architectural guidelines before any new home construction. All builders must be qualified, vetted and approved prior to construction on any home sites. Submit all plans for additions to homes and landscaping projects.
