Dear Fellow-Member,Trust all of you and your loved ones are in good health and staying safe during these Pandemic times. Come December, festivities in the club are about to start. Yes my dear Members the festive season is here and the Committee is working hard to ensure that you have an enjoyable season of course, following government specified protocols.

Committee Changes Mr. Errol Fernandes (VP) has resigned and Mr. Prakash Alvares has been nominated unanimously by the Committee as the new Vice-President. Mr. Williams Devadass was co-opted by the Committee as a Managing Committee Member.

Barely the day started and... it's already dusk.

The week has slipped by and the month is already over.

Where did this year go?

40, 50 or 60 years of our lives have passed,

... and some of us have lost our parents, friends and

we realize it's too late to go back...

So despite everything, try to enjoy the remaining time...

Looking for activities that we like... Put some colour in our grey,

Smile at the little things in life that put balm in our hearts.

And despite everything,

continue to enjoy with serenity this time we have left.

So 2021 here we come!

TICKET SALESTicket/Table sales for all the shows will commence from

Saturday 5th December 2020 from 10am to 2pm and 5pm

to 9pm. Make sure to buy your tickets well in advance.

In keeping with Government protocols, the Club reserves

the right to limit the number of Member tickets.

Inconvenience caused to members is regretted.

Entry of GUESTS may be permitted after the closing dates

of sale of Member tickets subject to seating availability.

Members will be intimated about the same through SMS.

To Buy Tickets:n All Club dues to be cleared to be eligible to buy tickets.

n Tickets will be issued only to Members on their SmartCard.

n Members unable to purchase tickets in person, may send their

SmartCard and an authorization letter, addressed to the

Secretary, requesting issue of tickets with full names of ticket

holders and other relevant details, through a representative

who will have to produce his/her photo ID to match the name

in the letter. The Secretary is empowered to refuse an

authorization letter, in case of doubt.

n Authorization letters of booking for tickets/Tables will not be

allowed on 5th December.

TIMINGS: Ticket Sales: will be 10am-2pm & 5pm-9pm.

n Tickets can also be booked online on the CC App

- 8th December onwards.

n MEMBER TICKETS will be restricted to ADVANCE SALE ONLY.

Ticket sales will commence on 5th December 2020

and continue till 10pm

- on 17th Dec for Carols By Candle Light

- on 22nd Dec for Cake & Wine

- on 24th Dec for Yuletide Ball

- on 29th Dec for New Year Party

n Tickets Are Strictly

NON-REFUNDABLE & NOT TRANSFERABLE.

TABLE RESERVATIONSn This year there will be table reservations for all December

shows viz., Carols by Candle Light, Cake & Wine, Yuletide Ball &

New Year Party at Rs. 150/- per table. Only 2 tables per

Membership Number is allowed.

n Please Note: NO TABLE will be sold without buying a

Members ticket for the event concerned.

n Members reserving tables are responsible for your tables.

n Tables can also be booked online on the CC App

- 8th December onwards.

PLEASE NOTE: All Club departments will be closed from 3:00 p.m. on the 19th, 24th, 26th & 31st December 2020.

�e Managing Committee

We at CCOT are trying to do our bit by helping the Orphanages under CCOT, by donating Ration kits, Masks, Oximeters, Temperature Guns, Sanitizers. This year we will not be a position to host the Fun Day, the annual Christmas Party for the children.

At one of the Homes - Asha deep we have initiated a educational programme conducted by Enfold called "Child-Friendly Child Care Home through Restorative Practices" which will empower the children to lead a better life. This Home is also facing a resource crunch for payment of their fees for education as their funding is affected due to the pandemic. They are facing a shortfall of Rs. 4 Lakhs. We therefore request the members for donations in helping them in fulfilling their needs.

All donations to CCOT are eligible for 80G benefit under the Income Tax Act. Kindly contact Amit or John, at the CC office for any assistance.
