1. However, I disagree and do not

consider as logical, positive or

constructive the popular saying: Man

learns from mistakes. Man, on the

contrary should learn only from his

successes and from those who have

achieved successes and gained, by

imitating those positive behaviors,

which have effectively contributed to

success. In addition man can learnenormously not to have failures, or

make mistakes from the knowledge and

positive experience of mankind stored

in books, media, on the Internet and the

experience of people who have hugeexperience and knowledge. The more

we can prevent more failures, mistakes,

the more we can prevent more and

more different negative effects.

2. It would be necessary and useful the

development of a science to prevent

human errors because it would prevent

a large number of human errors and

failures if people study and apply it as

much and in as many actions as theycan. This knowledge could and should

be studied in colleges and universities

and other educational forms. In every

area of activity for each action type, it

could identify factors that create humanmistakes and failures and then it could

identify solutions and measures to be

taken to prevent mistakes and failures.

3. Efforts and expenses that will bedone by creating, developing, learning

and applicating the science to prevent

human errors will not be much lower

than the positive effects of their

prevention of a very large number ofmistakes and failures and their multiple,

diverse and very large negative effects.

Financial investment, energy, time, etc..

in these activities related to the

prevention of human errors and failureswould be very effective and necessary

and useful for both countries and for

people in particular. Each of us in a

greater or lesser way can participate in

the creation, development and

application of the science to preventhuman errors.

4. Court judgments and decisions

should be taken with a less contribution

less of judges and a greater contributionof computers.

5. When we are doubtful we must find

solutions to get rid of indecision.

6. Young people have the right and

obligation to participate directly or

indirectly through their representatives

in decisions making that affect them

directly and indirectly, sooner or later.

7. Unfortunately in many states there

still is no justice, there is injustice,

given the number of inadmissible

irregularities, decisions handed downvirtually illegally and that exceed those

laws in some states.
