US Ambassador cited for Slavery and Torture over Obama Administration and the Central Intelligence Agency Narco Trade (CIA)

New charges filed against US ambassador of the United States, Anthony Wayne, for alleged involvement in slavery and torture related to a person with CIA narcotrafficking

In the case, Mr. John Milton Nagel, US citizen, makes the following claims related to offences described in this report.

That I am 45 years old, that I am currently a tourist in Mexico, that I previously lived in Mexico for more than 18 years, that through numerous contacts with the United States intelligence community, I learned of the existence of a narcotrafficking “cartel” directed by the Central Intelligence Agency of the USA (the CIA), with monthly income of $200 million dollars monthly.

That not having anything to do with those facts, but with result of identifying one of the participants in that criminal scenario, such as described in the petition before the Inter-American Commission of Human Rights of the Organization de American States (OAS),The-President-s-Mob-Banker-High-Tech-Torture-by-the-CIA-NSA-DoD, I, the victim, allege that I was, using secret electromagnetic weapons within the U.S. arsenal, enslaved psychologically by personnel of that narcotics cartel of the CIA, which the victim ascribes to the EMBASSY OF THE UNITED STATES, using techniques of terror and torture to intimidate and control the victim so that the victim would not disclose the information known about such narcotics cartel of the CIA of the United States.. That these facts have occurred since September of 2012 to date. This petition contains additional information about the occurrences.That since the Ambassador Anthony Wayne is ambassador and representative of the United States in Mexico, this report is addressed against Ambassador Anthony Wayne. Facts

1) The victim alleges the following charges against Ambassador Wayne:

a: That the actions of Ambassador Wayne have served to psychologically enslave using electromagnetic means against the victim, thus violating his rights under article 1 against slavery of the Constitution of the Republic of Mexico; and

b: That it is possible and the hypothesis of the victim Ambassador Wayne has been the "mastermind" of the psychological torture of the victim in violation of the Federal Law to Prevent and Sanction Torture, using constant threats against the physical and mental health of the victim and his family to intimidate and facilitate the aforementioned slavery of the victim.

As a person legally in Mexico, the Victim requests the investigation of the facts described above, including the existence of the cited narcotrafficking cartel of the CIA and the possible participation of Anthony Wayne as mastermind of the two main offences committed against the victim described in this brief.

It should be noted that, attached as proof of this report, is a formal Petition before the Inter-American Commission of Human Rights of the Organization of American States, which contains numerous details on organize crime and links to the administration of the current president of the United States, Barack Obama.

The victim also alleges that he has been threatened with murder on three occasions at the Mexico City Airport, of which there is video and audio evidence of the authorities in Mexico, of which the victim also requests investigation.
