Suggested Strategy (cont.): Take the shortest path to sell to major retailers across the country

and make a fast profit versus a little investment by breaking throughthe Sport market.

Attach your manufacturing skills to Simply Sporty(www.simplysporty.com), an American Sport Brand with NCAA(National College Athletic Association) licenses all over the U.S.A..

9 Universities have been licensed so far and another 15 will beoptioned by the end of the month.

Once the word gets out others will follow quickly. Along with thisstrategy, we will sell no-brand, generic styles manufactured by you.

    Suggested Strategy (cont.)

Sports-related stores will be approached with the Simply Sportybrand

Other stores (Ross, Marmaxx, City Trends) will be Simply Sportyand Generic clothes.

For the same 20 styles we will give the option to order as generic oras Simply Sporty licensed. The generic will be sold at a cheaperprice because of the license fee involved.

For you it doesnt make any difference because the manufacturing

    cost would be the same.

    Marketing Approach:

To get you started on a nationwide basis, we will send your samples to key

buyers, and produce a commercial-quality video and photo shoot in aprofessional Studio in So. Calif. to show your styles being worn byprofessional models.

This video and photographic material will be posted on YouTube andpromoted on other social networking websites (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) afteran extensive advertising campaign aimed to entice major buyers and

college sorority associations across the country to watch it.

The key buyers will be able to watch the videocast of your styles while theyhave your product samples in hand, to physically connect the buyers withthe products they see on the videogiving them a hands on experience.
