With your magnanimous support, and that of many other generous sponsors, the Austin Chapter of CCA proved to be the belle of the ball for CCA Texas in 2012 – setting numerous chapter fundraising records and surpassing all expectations. Not only did CCA Austin lead all 58 Texas chapters in net fundraising, CCA Austin increased net fundraising by an astonishing 125% over 2011 – generating $305,000 in net donations to CCA Texas! These much-needed donations continue to directly benefit the conservation of Texas’ coastal resources, various CCA scholarship programs, critical State-wide habitat initiatives,and more.

As proud as we are of 2012, our duty as the foremost stewards of Texas’ coastline demands that we not rest contently on our past success. We must redouble our commitment to consistently raise the colors of stewardship for the Texas coast.
