DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

-WITNESSETH-That the DONOR is the legal possessor/heir of ______________________________ and the lawful possessor of a parcel of land situated in __________________, Malita, Davao del Sur;That the involved property subject for donation contains an area of ___________________________ (_________________) more or less, under _______________________, covered by Tax Declaration No. ______________________________ and more particularly bounded as follows;

That the DONOR for and in consideration of his/he liberality in favor of the people of the Local Government of Malita, Davao del Sur, do hereby TRANSFER AND CONVEY in favor of the Municipality of Malita, Davao del Sur the above-described property;

That this Deed of Donation is for the purpose of utilizing the land subject hereof for the construction of a Two (2) Units Comfort Room in Lawis, Tingolo, Malita, Davao del Sur, otherwise the ownership of the same shall revert to the DONOR;

That the DONOR has enough properties left for his/her sustenance;

That the DONEE, the Municipality of Malita represented by its Local Chief Executive does hereby express his gratitude for the kindness and liberality of the DONOR.
