DEED OF EXCHANGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF EXCHANGE is executed this 31st of July, 2015, in Binan, Laguna, by KATHLEEN VITUG, of legal age, Filipino, resident of Binan, Laguna, for the exchange of that certain parcel of land, specifically described as LOT 8, located in City of Binan, Province of Laguna, which she is the registered owner. She intends to exchange ownership said lot with the owner of the adjacent parcel of land, more specifically described as LOT 6, containing 480 square meters, without any improvements thereon.

That ,CRISTINA DE GUZMAN, the new owner of the said LOT 6, is willing and amenable to the proposed exchange of ownership, with that of KATHLEEN VITUG over LOT 8, with the proposal of an additional cash consideration of P400,000.00 plus all the costs for the transfer of the registration of the parcel in her name, to which KATHLEEN VITUG expressed her concurrence to the same.

WHEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above premises, KATHLEEN VITUG, by these presents, TRANSFERS AND CONVEYS, by way of exchange, ownership over Lot 8, with the additional cash consideration of P400,000.00 plus the commitment to pay the costs of transfer, to which CRISTINA DE GUZMAN acknowledges receipt thereof, and that CRISTINA DE GUZMAN, likewise, by these presents, TRANSFERS AND CONVEYS, by way of exchange, the ownership over LOT 6 to KATHLEEN VITUG, which KATHLEEN VITUG acknowledges receipt thereof.
