Deeper The Root, Taller would be the Tree.

It's a realised truth. The deeper and more profound one's knowledge and wisdom, the higher would be the individual growth. It's not about attaining shallow knowledge and resting one's laurels over short-lived successes. It's about fundamentally overhauling one's thoughts to build a strong, meditative, philosophical base. And the result will be a life full of calmness, confidence and wisdom.

That is what we do at VKE. We do not push the students to grow high. We teach them to go within, reflect deep within the recesses of their mind, where they will find the prefect attainment of peace and balance of life. And attainment of that wisdom will take them so high up in life, that the world will look up to them, for shade to rest in, for leadership; for peace and yet material abundance; where there would be no shortage for anything?

The school is a warm and happy place and it was obvious to the visiting team that everyone in the school was valued and respected as learners and facilitators. The spirit of the school is built on a deep respect and belief in the learner as well as strongly evident spiritual dimensions. The school has an open enrollment policy and has purposefully kept its fees at a modest level in order to ensure the widest possible opportunity for enrollment.

There are many features of Victorious Kidss Educares that need to be recognized as the school has worked diligently over the last three years to reach this point in its growth and development.

The leadership of the school with its gentle, inclusive style is one that stands out for parents, students and teachers. The team was impressed with the way the school began its day together which demonstrated a care for the wider dimensions of the human spirit in offering a time of togetherness.

The new facility is to be commended and once the plans for enhanced IT, Libraries, cafeterias and sports facilities come into fruition it will indeed be a model for others to emulate.

Across the school there is a desire to meet the needs of all students and the fact that each class has two home room teachers shows the commitment to providing learning environments of quality. In addition teachers are supported by learning specialists and a team of single subject teachers who add to the vitality of the programme in a positive manner. The fact that these teams are able to meet often is a strength, as the school is utilizing a daily hour and Saturday work days for consultation and collaborative planning in a positive manner.

Of particular note however are the enthusiastic students who showed their love and excitement of learning in a positive manner throughout the visit.
