Both Red and Blue teams are on 2 touch. If Greens regain they return possession back to Red or Blues. Work for 1 minute then rotate the groups. 1/ Unit shape and compactness 2/ Deny passing lanes through and around. 3/ Slide as possession is transfer between Red Players Defending Principles (10 mins) 3 x Teams of 5 players - reds/Green/ Blues Team Tasks - Prevent Reds from passing through to blue team - Ball must not leave the ground. Work for 1 minute then rotate the groups. 1/ Front 2 look to show into wide areas - 3 M/Fs look to screen passes 2/Unit shape and compactness 3/ Deny passing lanes through and around. 4/ Slide as possession is transfer between Red Players progression 1 (20 mins)
