DEFINITION OF EULC (Education Unit Level Curriculum) EULC (KTSP) is actually an operational curriculum designed and implemented by each school. The objectives of EULC are (1) to improve the education quality through the school independence and initiatives in developing the curriculum, managing and empowering resources available; (2) to increase the care of the school and the society in developing the curriculum with a concencus; and (3) to increase the competition among the education units on education quality to be achieved. GENERAL PRINCIPALS OF EULC DEVELOPMENT 1. Focused on learners’ potential, development, needs, and interest; and their environment 2. Varied and integrated 3. THE OBJECTIVES OF EULC

Refers to general objectives of education as follows:

1. The objective of primary education is to build basic intelligence, knowledge, characters, morals, and skills to the independence of higher level of education.

2. The objective of secondary level of education is to build basic intelligence, knowledge, characters, morals, and skills to the independence of higher level of education.

3. The objective of vocational education is to build basic intelligence, knowledge, characters, morals, and skills to the independence of higher level of education in each field of study.

Teaching Technique: Exhibition

1. Facilitators deliver the material briefly2. Participants are divided into 6 groups, each consist of 4-5 people.3. Facilitators give some problems to each group to discuss.4. The result of each group discussion is reported in paper and attached to the

wall5. Facilitators ask each representative to draw a lot to choose which group ork

to be evaluated6. Facilitator gives some times to evaluate the works, and write it down on the

other paper. The evaluation paper then is attached on the wall next to the group works.

7. The representative of each group presents the evaluation.8. The facilitators evaluate all group works and evaluation.
