Delegación peruana

Presentation of Peruvian DelegationINDECOPI: El Instituto Nacional de Defensa de la Competencia y de la Protección de la Propiedad Intelectual (INDECOPI). A través de sus estandarizaciones y de la Comisión de Vigilancia de las Barreras no tarifarias es el Órgano Peruano de Estándares. Es la institución nacional responsable para aprobar los estándares peruanos recomendados para todos los sectores. Es responsable del pronunciamiento oficial sobre aplicaciones de regulaciones que introducen las barreras técnicas no tarifarias para el comercio.

SENCICO: Servicio Nacional de Capacitación para la Industria de la Construcción, otorga la certificación a las cocinas mejoradas que al ser evaluadas cumplan con los parámetros establecidos en el reglamento.

GIZ – PROYECTO ENERGIA DESARROLLO Y VIDA: Facilita el acceso sostenible a servicios energéticos básicos, especialmente a poblaciones en zonas rurales, dando asistencia técnica a instituciones publicas y privadas que ejecutan proyectos de implementan tecnologías como las cocinas mejoradas..

Resumen del desarrollo de cocinas mejoradas en Perú

• Entre junio de 2009 a diciembre de 2011 se desarrolló la campaña por “Por un Perú sin Humo”, en ese marco y ante la necesidad de implementar cocinas mejoradas certificadas se elaboró la norma técnica de cocinas mejoradas con chimenea e implementó el laboratorio de evaluación de cocinas mejoradas por el SENCICO.

• Una delegación peruana participó en el 2012 en This International Workshop Agreement ((IWA) y desde entonces se viene interlocutando con otros actores en el tema con la finalidad de intercambiar experiencia y actualizar la metodología de evaluación de cocinas.

• En la actualidad INDECOPI ha instalado un comité técnico ISO integrado por técnicos, proveedores y usuarios, para actualizar la norma actual con la experiencia acumulada.

CONCLUSIONES

In Peru, we have 36 models of clean cook stoves made of adobe or brick. These cook stoves have been divided by the number of burners and kind of combustion chamber.

About energy efficiency (WBT) tests results show that 61% of the cook stoves have a level 0, 28% have a level 1, 8% have a level 2 and 3% have a level 3 respect the standard of the IWA.

Respect to safety test, clean cook stoves don’t change significantly when we evaluated acording to the standard of the IWA.

About emissions, the Laboratory of clean cook stoves of SENCICO is implementing the laboratory with new equipment (LEMS) for the development of tests.

La norma IWA nos ayuda a conocer y clasificar las cocinas de acuerdo a los niveles propuestos, sin embargo creemos que son una descripción técnica de desempeño en laboratorio y sería necesario complementar la evaluación de desempeño en los mismos hogares.
