1. To be done on ¼ th chart paper. Make the following numbers using the Place Value Cards from your Maths Kit. (Ref Pg-11)

2. To be done in practice note book. Write numbers from 1001 to 1300

3. Learn the Multiplication Tables – 2 to 15 IV. Science:-

Paste pictures of 5 Living Things and 5 Non- Living Things and label them. (To be done in the Science Practical File).

V. Social Studies:- 1. Prepare a Wind Chime showing the pictures of any 6 food items that are healthy. . 2. Prepare a booklet using coloured paper about the place you visited during holidays.

1. Learn the poem “Ice –cream Man”. [Reader Unit 1A] 2. From the first page of a day‟s newspaper, pick out the nouns and then list them in various kinds – common,

proper, collective, abstract and possessive forms. Write them down on the practice side of your classwork

notebook.

3. Paste the cutouts of „FOR SALE‟ and „FOR PURCHASE‟ advertisements (1 each from the classified page of any English newspaper) on the classwork side of your class work note book.

4. Complete worksheets 1 and 2 [EEG Pg No. 31 & 32]

a. Form any one of the shapes given on Pg. 162 by using the tangram pieces available in Math Kit. Paste it on

the chart paper.

b. Draw the Indian and International Place Value Charts on the back side of the same chart paper.

2. Learn the multiplication tables 2 to 20.

4. Science:-

1. Stick pictures of the following and label it.

a. Two Kharif crops

b. Two Rabi crops

2. Draw stages of germination in a seed. Label and colour it.

To be done in Science Practical File.

5. Social Studies:-

1. On the Physical Map of the world, mark Seven Continents & Five Oceans

2. On ¼th size chart paper paste the pictures of Seven Wonders of the world and name the continent they are

situated in. Write two sentences about each of the Seven Wonders of the world.

3. Learn L-6 The Desert Land : Saudi Arabia (Objective)
