EASY RECIPE ON THE YEAST ROLL

THIS RECIPE I RECEIVED FROM
MY GRANDMOTHER.
My Lovely Granny – She is a very good cook
Ingredients on a roll:
10 ounces yeast 1,5 glasses sugar 1 glass oil 1 glass warm water 4 eggs 4,5 glasses flour some butter or
margarine
Ingredients oncrumble: 1 spoon butter or
margarine 2 spoons flour 1 spoon sugar
1.
Put crumbled yeast into the big bowl .

Addthe sugar.
3.
Pour the oil.
4.
Pourthe water.
5.
Mix the eggs with a fork and pour the mixture into the bowl.

Add the flour.
7.
Cover the bowl with the
cloth. Leave in warm room for two hours and allow to rise.
8.Now make the
crumble. Blend some flour,
magrarine and sugar with your fingers and
leave for a while.
9.
Let’s have a look if the dough has doubled in size.
After 2 hours the blend is like this.

Grease the pan and put the dough on.

Cover the dough with
thecrumble.
12.
Bake 250 degrees 35-40 minutes.
