Many UK & Ireland Banks are undertaking major reviews of their branch estate, either through the delivery of new Branch Transformation projects, to remodelling or closing existing sites. These projects require a robust and experienced team to oversee and manage these change plans.

At Cennox, our Delivery Teams work with our customers through each key stage to ensure every project is completed on time, to budget and within SLA’s. From the initial first meetings, through to the monitored and measured Project Management, the completion of a branch remodelling project is the conclusion of a well managed and meticulous attention to detail.

MULTI-VENDOR CHOICE

Cennox is an established partner of Diebold Nixdorf, with exclusive rights to sell and maintain Opteva and Diebold series equipment in the UK and Ireland.

As a full multi-vendor provider, Cennox has signed a UK & Ireland distribution and full service partnership agreement with Nautilus Hyosung.

As well as Diebold & Nautilus Hyosung, we are also progressing distribution and service agreements with Keba, Banking Automation , Suzohapp & Integrex.

In addition, Cennox is also delivering other refurbished machine types including NCR, Triton and Wincor. These machines are refurbished to an ‘as new’ condition and offered to the market at very attractive prices.

DIEBOLD

Cennox is an established partner of Diebold Nixdorf, with exclusive rights to sell and maintain Opteva and Diebold series equipment in the UK and Ireland. Diebold hardware has an established footprint in the UK and Ireland due to its reliability and performance.

NAUTILUS HYOSUNG

Cennox are contracted as the distributor and service provider for all Nautilus Hyosung products in the UK and Ireland. This agreement offers UK & Ireland customers the innovative and reliable Self Service and Branch Transformation products that Hyosung have been successfully deploying in other parts of the world.

ARCA delivers cash recycling automation technology you can count on to increase your staff’s performance. ARCA make it easy for businesses to automate and enjoy significant improvements in efficiency, sales, security and savings.

BANKING AUTOMATION

Banking Automation’s business / corporate Pay-In machines provide a quick, secure and convenient pay-in facility for commercial customers. They capture deposits or issue coin which helps to migrate customers away from conventional teller positions.

INTEGREX

Integrex is a leading UK designer and manufacturer of innovative, interactive electronic kiosk products for postal, retail, education and corporate sectors. They specialise in the design, development and manufacture of bespoke kiosks and cutting edge corporate AV systems..

KEBA

KEBA is the European pioneer for quality recycling solutions being, the number 1 in Austria and number 2 in Germany. The Cennox agreement with KEBA will allow the sales and service of its Statement Printing Kiosks and full range of recycling devices.

REPAIRED IN-HOUSE

Cennox can repair and return to the field a wide range of reworked parts. Our extensive catalogue of consumable items, many built in-house, reclaimed or direct

from the manufacturers, ensures our ability to return ‘as new’ items all of which are covered under our 90-Day Warranty Scheme.

MACHINE STORAGE

We offer our customers a comprehensive and secure ATM storage solution. Our storage facilities are located on the same site as our workshops, providing our

engineers and staff with immediate access to these machines allowing them to be quickly assessed, refurbished, upgraded, staged, or securely disposed of as

required.

As the largest independent ATM deployer, Cennox has over 150,000sqft of storage capability and integration of the necessary support services to manage

this important area of our business.

Cennox work with customers on Brokerage Programs. Each Brokerage Program is tailored around the specific needs of each customer to ensure you achieve the

best return on your Brokerage opportunity.

REFURBISHED MACHINES & PARTS

AS NEW REFURBISHMENT SERVICE

Our Refurbishment Centre in Camberley, manages hundreds of complete refurbishment projects each month. With each ATM arriving often damaged, dirty, and frequently faulty, each machine undertakes a journey through a production line process which ultimately sees them reach the end of the programme looking as if they were straight out of the manufacturer’s showroom.

Our Refurbishment programs provide our customers with very attractive cost alternatives to their purchasing strategy, together with new warranties on all machines leaving our facilities.

PARTS MANAGEMENT & SUPPLY CHAIN

Cennox hold the largest stock list of ATMs and their associated parts from all major manufacturers and makes, including Diebold, NCR, Wincor (DN) and Triton. This ensures a vast range of quality used parts are available to meet the needs of our customers worldwide.

We understand the critical nature of ATM downtime and seek to minimise the impact with our Express Parts Service, with many supplied at well below manufacturers’ list prices.

SERVICE DESK SUPPORT

SERVICE MANAGEMENT

Our Service Desks are located in the UK because of our belief that an onshore Service Desk, with staff familiar with the geographies and customers, performs to a higher standard than off shore Service Desks. We currently manage over 10,000 ATMs from our desks based in Camberley and Leeds, maintaining Diebold, NCR, Wincor (Diebold Nixdorf) and Triton ATMs.

The Service Desk is set up in a modular fashion, ready for expansion and rapid roll-outs. Whether you choose to on-board more ATMs under pure maintenance contracts, or require us to scale up to full outsourcing of your ATM estate, we can accommodate your needs.

The desk follows industry standard Service Management processes. Use of automation is key to transparently recover as many machines as possible via remote commands initiated by pre-defined business rules, triggered by alerts from the devices. Our aim is to recover the machine and get it back into service for your customers as soon as possible. We dispatch an engineer out to the machine as a last resort. This saves both of us maintenance costs.

The Service Desk is the hub of our operation. We will take ownership of tickets from first contact, through to resolution, restoring the normal Service Operation as soon as reasonably possible after the occurrence of a call, with minimum interruption or disruption to your customers.

Within the Service Desk area, we have installed machines to allow ‘hands-on’ agents to instruct our customers who perform their own ‘First Line Maintenance’. This supports the agents to easily talk to site personnel through checks and menus as if they were actually with the user. These machines also allow us to provide the Service Desk staff with continuous training/familiarisation to maintain/improve First Line Maintenance levels.

CALL MANAGEMENT

The Service Desk tracks the service and performance history on each piece of equipment we maintain. This information can be made available to the Bank or IADs through special management reports on their desktop, tablet or telephone. These reports contribute to the SLA reporting in the management packs and provide important feedback on equipment performance, our service activities, and your entire operations relating to products serviced.

PERFORMANCE LEVELS MONITORED

Making sure your equipment is up and running and stays that way is a critical factor in achieving overall customer satisfaction. It’s important that we monitor at every level, from Corporate to

Technician. Within the UK we are consistently delivering our SLAs to our customers with high levels of hardware availability.

MEASURING EFFECTIVENESS

We set up the key performance indicators and will work to deliver them in a format that is agreeable. The setting up of the measurements, targets and thresholds for

action will be carried out at contract implementation highlighting the level of accountability, benefits to both parties and key objectives to improved availability.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENTS

We monitor, track, report and set goals on our ‘fix it right’ criteria. Coupled with further analysis of call rate statistics, response times and equipment/

system uptime data, we can determine the best course of action for overall repair and maintenance improvement. We remain focused on

improvement processes, continually capturing performance data, reviewing and implementing action plans, measuring again to

ensure the change has taken place.

INSTALLATION MANAGEMENT

END-TO-END IN-HOUSE MANAGEMENT

Cennox provides a full end-to-end installation service for ‘through-the-wall’ ATM machines. Many of the UK’s largest financial institutions use us on a daily basis to manage their ATM Installation requirements, due to our ability to undertake each install through the use of our own teams of engineers, branding services, storage, and transportation. This breadth of service limits the need to use third party contractors.

Cennox is known within our industry for our agility and ability to rapidly mould around our customers schedules and time scales. Over the past 12 months, our teams have successfully completed over 4,000 ATM Installation Services for our customers in the UK & Ireland.

EXPERTS IN LOGISTICS

We frequently achieve the near impossible. One example involves a project to remove and install 150 ATMs within the London Underground in a matter of weeks. Each removal and install had to be completed out of hours within a very small time window. We completed the project on budget and on time.

PROJECT PLANNING & WORK FLOW MANAGEMENT

Cennox provide a team to ensure your project is successfully managed for its duration, adopting our experience of the complex completion of thousands of installations we work on each year.

The project team will comprise of a Program Manager with a team of Project Managers, plus any other resources as required to meet your requirements. Senior Management in Cennox will act as sponsors of the project and attend steering committees as required.

In the U.K & Ireland, we use our own engineers. This helps us to manage the track and traceability of stock held on a customer’s behalf through the use of innovative state of the art technology, including a web portal for information sharing and bar coded resources.

OUR TOOLS & PROCESSES

As part of any programme, we will ensure that we maintain a continuous improvement register that will be shared with you to allow any issues or lessons learnt to be captured and actioned quickly. This will help prevent re-occurrence at future installations.

To assist in each commissioned machine, Cennox will have an electronic checklist completed by the our Engineer. This will detail any issues along with supporting photographic evidence. This is sent in real-time upon the completion of the commissioning and allows any problems to be addressed/reported quickly by the project team.
