3) The registration has to be done within 10 days of purchase.

4) Post registration, a confirmation email will be sent tothe customers registered email id confirming on the registration and the amount that he/she will need to pay via an At Par Cheque/Demand Draft

7) Once the claim is approved: a) We will send you the Levis voucher code as an SMS on your registered mobile number within 48 hrs. b) SennheiserEarphones will be couriered to you within 7-12 working days c) Your system warranty will be upgraded in our systems for additional 2 Yrs and an email confirmation will be sent to you on your registered email id within 15 working days

8) In case of claim rejection, refund will take minimum of 30 days from the intimation of the rejected date.
