How did we feel?

We had replaced our planning system without disrupting the business

We have introduced a system that could cope with more complexity and transactions in the future

We can see how the business was being planned and make decisions more easily

The systems are all still working but we need to make improvements…..

Our knowledge of the systems is not as good as it used to be?

The requirements on the systems are different to what was expected
