  • Company Policy Management Services earns its revenue by billing clients for time spent working on their projects. It is of the utmost importance that all hours worked are recorded properly

    In addition, proper timekeeping ensures that employees are compensated for their service to Management Services.

    Whether you work on client-billed jobs (commercial or federal), overhead/administrative jobs, business development jobs, or bid and proposal jobs, the timekeeping requirements are the same

  • Seven Points of the Employee Time Reporting Policy:

    • All employees must use the Time Collection system.

    • Timesheets must be completed daily and must be complete for the week by the

    end of your work week.

    • Timesheets must be approved by your supervisor at the end of your work week.

    • If corrections need to be made, an explanation must be written in the comments

    section of the timesheet.

    • Overtime may require prior approval, follow your contract guidelines for compliance.

    • Any employee who intentionally mischarges labor on a timesheet will be subject to

    disciplinary action.

    • Timesheets are submitted from any web accessible computer using the followingURL: https://prodtime.services.egginc.com/DeltekTC/welcome.msv. You can still complete your timesheet if you are away from the office. If you do not have access to the Web, you must notify your Timesheet Coordi11ator or Approver to complete your timesheet for you. You must re-sign your timesheet upon your return.

  • Designated Responsibilities

  • Policy - FAR Management Services is required to follow the timekeeping rules set forth by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).

    • DCAA audit our timesheets.• Surprise visits to audit your timesheet.• The federal Govt pays a portion of all indirect costs; therefore, all

    employees are subject to the timesheet policy.• Charging time against Govt job numbers and signing your timesheet, is

    essentially making a claim against Govt funds.

    Violations of the FAR could result in Management Services’s disbarment from all federal projects!

  • You may not enter your time in advance of working it; except for leaves (Jury, Vacation, Bereavement, etc.)

  • Section 3 – Signing & Printing

    Signing Your Timesheet The final step in completing your timesheet each week is signing it. When

    you sign it, you are declaring that your timesheet is correct and is ready for approval by your supervisor.

    Remember, by signing your timesheet you are certifying that the hours

    charged by date were incurred in the projects charged and recorded in accordance with Management Services Policy and Procedure Manual

  • Section 3 – Making Changes

    Amentum Policy.

  • Processing of labor adjustments in the current week are processed the same way for salaried (exempt) and hourly (nonexempt) employees. These types of adjustments are processed before an employee has signed their timesheet at the end of the work week.
