Posted on 2.2.15 Our first modular home was built in 1965, and since then we have become home to the industry's most advanced modular building system, with over 400,000 square feet of indoor production space. Our superior workmanship and time-saving construction methods have resulted in Deluxe Building Systems' buildings going up around the country and the world. Even as we celebrate our 50th golden anniversary, we still offer our clients the same commitment to providing affordable and dependable state-of-the-art construction that is considered the gold standard. 1965 - Deluxe Homes Opens for Business building single family wood modular homes. 1982 - Deluxe Homes starts Building with light gauge Steel framing, primarily in New York City.

Our first modular home was built in 1965, and since then we have become home to the industry'smost advanced modular building system, with over 400,000 square feet of indoor production space.Our superior workmanship and time-saving construction methods have resulted in Deluxe BuildingSystems' buildings going up around the country and the world. Even as we celebrate our 50thgolden anniversary, we still offer our clients the same commitment to providing affordable anddependable state-of-the-art construction that is considered the gold standard.

1965 - Deluxe Homes Opens for Business building single family wood modular homes.

1982 - Deluxe Homes starts Building with light gauge Steel framing, primarily in New York City.

1995 - Deluxe Homes starts building with light-weight concrete floors.

1998 - Deluxe Homes start to ship using ocean liners, starting with the Sandals Resort, NassauBahamas (details from flier)

2006 - Spent over 2M in capital expenditures to automate our Light Gauge framing Processes. (TriadFastening Machine)

2009 - Spent over 2M in capital expenditures to automate our Structural Steel framing process.(CNC Steel Cutting Fabrication Equipment dedicated facility)

2009 - We changed our business model our name to Deluxe Building Systems Inc. with our transitionto steel structures only.

2011 - Spent over 2M in capital expenditures to develop and automate our Precast concrete floor

process.

2012 - Completed our first precast floor project. "Duchess County Community College"

2013 - Completed an 8-story apartment buildingin downtown New York City. "The Stack"

2013 - Completed NYC Beach Comfort Facilities

2014 - Completed Hillside Commons Dorm

2014 - Completed Riverhead Charter School, Long Island NY

2014 - Presented with Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce Award for completion of NYC ComfortStations

2014 - Long-time employee Joe Tokar retires after 49 years with Deluxe. Congratulations Joe!
