Dear Mr. Yllana,

Final Demand to Pay

We write on behalf of our client, Mr. Mark Fernandez.

This letter is pursuant to the loan you obtained from Mr. Fernandez, sometime in May 7, 2014, in the amount of Two Million Pesos (PhP2,000,000.00), for the sole purpose of continuing the construction of your house in Quezon City. At that time, you promised to pay Mr. Fernandez in equal monthly instalments within one year, plus interest thereon at the rate of three percent (3%) per month, upon the lapse of the one-year term without need of any demand from Mr. Fernandez.

Attached hereto, for your ready reference, are copies of the agreement and other necessary documents entered into between you and Mr. Fernandez evidencing your loan transaction.

To date, however, you have not given Mr. Fernandez any payments towards this loan. It has been one year since the loan was to be repaid in full, and despite repeated demands from him, you refuse to settle your loan.

Please consider this letter as a final demand upon you to pay Mr. Fernandez the full amount of PhP2,000,000.00 within 7 days from receipt hereof. You may remit said payment to us, and we will accept on behalf of Mr. Fernandez. Otherwise, we shall be constrained to file the necessary legal actions against you in order to protect our clients interests.

We trust that you will fully cooperate with us in order that we can settle this matter in the most mutually fair and expeditious manner. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter.

Yours sincerely,

Joylyn I. Tria
