281001 (U.P), latest by 31st

Dec 2011 (Kindly send through Normal Post).

2. All Projects shall be built keeping in view that high standards of Construction is delivered to the end user.

3. Approval / Bank Loan Facility shall be available in the said Project.

4. Possession of the said Project would be 2.5 Yrs to 3 Yrs from the date of booking.

5. GEWHO is Planning for a Exclusive Tower Only For Bank Employees in Noida Extension. It has been designed for

home seekers who are on the look out for a lifestyle option within a well developed complex.

6. Tentative Area

2 bhk 900 Sq Ft

2 bhk + study 1050 Sq Ft

3 bhk 1350 Sq Ft

3 bhk + study- - 1600 Sq Ft

Tentative Rate would be Rs 2200 /- Per Sq Ft (5 % Less on Flexi & 10 % Less on Down Paymet.

Tentative Units would be approximately 200.

7. This is just a plain survey no Processing fee is charged for it.

Professors / Teachers & their Dependants.

5. For applications received during the period of Demand Survey, Seniority will be fixed on first come first serve basis

and will count from the date of receipt of Application Form. On expiry of the above period i.e with effect from 31st

Dec 2011, seniority will be fixed on by a random computerized draw.

NOTES:-

(a) Application form are to be submitted by Post to see the real interest of the Applicant .Their shall be no binding on

GEWHO in case the project does not take Off due to insufficiency of interested applications / Candidates .

(b) Once the survey is over details of the Project along with Final Rate and Location shall be circulated to all the

applicants where upon they can finalize by 15th

Jan 2011.
