 Definition 1:

“The Demartini Method® is an algorithm.

An algorithm is a systematic procedure that

produces - in a finite number of steps – the answer to a

question or the solution of a problem” 1

 Definition 2:

“The Demartini Method® is a systematic pre-determined

series of mental questions and physical actions directed

toward the objective of bringing to an individual’s toward the objective of bringing to an individual’s

conscious mind the states of presence and certainty, and

to their physical body the feelings of gratitude and

unconditional love.” 1

“The Demartini Method is a practical tool that you can

use in your daily life to help you balance the ‘debits use in your daily life to help you balance the ‘debits

and credits’ of your personal balance sheet.”

 “The Universe is made up 75% hydrogen;

 24% Helium;

 1% all other matter.

Therefore, the Universe is 99.9% light.” 2

Page 9: Demartini-Method

_______________________________________________________________

“It makes sense then, that any biological being in this

Universe, would be able to both respond and react to

light.”2

Page 10: Demartini-Method

_______________________________________________________________

‘Your physical body and the universe are composed of

vibrating, rotating and translating units of energy-

matter.

This can further be broken down into sub-components

made of wave-particles (wavicles) condensed from, made of wave-particles (wavicles) condensed from,

Frequency specific quantum units of elctro-magnetic

“light”.’1

Page 11: Demartini-Method

_______________________________________________________________

“Your mind, has incoming ideas and outgoing

thoughts;

Your mind is also composed of or associated with

vibrations (electro-magnetic…) “light” wave-

particles.”1particles.”1

Page 12: Demartini-Method

_______________________________________________________________

“Light or visible light - is the portion of

electromagnetic radiation that is visible to the human

eye, responsible for the sense of sight.”1

Light has properties of both wave and particle.

Light is made up of a photon. Light is made up of a photon.

A photon is a single quantum (unit) of light. AKA “light

quantum.”

So light itself is an energy, a force.

Page 13: Demartini-Method

_______________________________________________________________

A wave consists of crests, troughs or zero crossings.

If you separate this into 2: you have two

complimentary opposites.

Energy is a force, that can be separated into duality: a

positive and negative state.positive and negative state.

Page 14: Demartini-Method

_______________________________________________________________

Reminder: light has properties of both wave and

particle.

‘Light in its spirit or quantum form, is timeless; space-

less; mass-less and charge-less.

When light is separated: have space and time, ie When light is separated: have space and time, ie

matter.

So as human beings, we can either live in a world of

duality (positives or negatives) / (debits or credits) or

We can live in a world of “Light.”’1

Page 15: Demartini-Method

_______________________________________________________________

Our mind can register both positive and negative:

Happy Sad

Pleasure Pain

Like Dislike

Nice Mean

Cruel Kind

Elated Depressed

Self-righteous Self-wrongness

Page 16: Demartini-Method

_______________________________________________________________

“You experience emotional swings (variance) or

deviations of emotion from a central mean.

The mean represents a balanced state of gratitude or

love.”1

Positive Emotions:

Kind;

Nice;

Pretty;

Supportive etc.

Negative Emotions:

Cruel;

Mean;

Ugly;

Critical etc.

Mean: Gratitude & Love

Page 17: Demartini-Method

_______________________________________________________________

“Our ideas and thoughts then, when unsteadied by

emotions will appear to oscillate, experiencing only

half quantum states or ‘brain noise’.

Have you ever been run by an infatuation or

resentment? resentment?

This means you are in bondage – you are not in full

quantum!

Anything you resent runs your life.

Anything you infatuate over runs your life.

That which you do not equilibrate runs your life.”1

Page 18: Demartini-Method

_______________________________________________________________

“When a person is in full quantum state: they will see

both sides.

When you have a fully equilibrated mind, you have

gratitude and love.

This clears the mind to be inspired. This clears the mind to be inspired.

An inspired mind has certainty and presence.”1

In summary:

 Love and gratitude: from the heart;

Certainty and presence: from the mind.

Page 19: Demartini-Method

_______________________________________________________________

“Exercise: stacking up of coins of ‘self-worth’.

 Heads: positive or ‘owned’

 Tails: negative or ‘disowned’

Whatever you disown in your life, you will keep

attracting into your life.

You either attract; breed or become your disowned

self.

True worth is about embracing both sides of the

quantum.

Each time you do so, you rise in self-worth.”2

Page 20: Demartini-Method

“People don’t leave companies, they leave managers!”

Instead:

“People don’t leave companies, they leave the trait,

action or inaction of their managers and until they can

love that trait, action or inaction, they will constantly

attract it breed it or become it, until they learn how

this trait, action or inaction is serving their own life!”

emotionally charged about.

Who do you perceive is running your life or burdening the

most?

Who do you resent or despise the most?

Who do you infatuate with, admire or attract the most?

Who do you feel ‘incomplete’ with?

Page 23: Demartini-Method

 Think in terms of chronology:

What has this person done or not done (past remembered)

Is doing or not doing (present)

Will or will not do (future imagined)

Think in terms of all 7 areas of life Think in terms of all 7 areas of life

Write down the trait, action or inaction in 1-3 concise

words.

‘“I can’t think of many traits that I like about this

person,”

Remember that all events come in full quantum.

If you have the power to see the thing that you

admire, you equally have the power to see in theadmire, you equally have the power to see in the

person what you despise.

What happens is that you have attentively selected to

see one side and not the other.

When you deny the truth about the person, you also

deny the truth about yourself.’2

Page 26: Demartini-Method

‘For every person that you take the time to love and

appreciate around you;

It integrates another part within you.

As a consequence, your own self worth expands.

So do not do this exercise for the person, do it for So do not do this exercise for the person, do it for

yourself!’2

Page 27: Demartini-Method

Write down in the box, the initials of the people who

perceive in you, the same trait, action or inaction, that

you see in this person.

 20 – 50 initials.

Think in all seven areas of life: Think in all seven areas of life:

1. Spiritual (Spiritual Groups)

2. Mental (School; Campus; Education)

3. Work (Managers; Direct Reports; Team Members)

4. Financial (Accountants; Advisors; Consultants)

5. Family & Personal Relationships (Family; Friends)

6. Societal (Public; Friends; Community)

7. Physical (Health; Gym; Fitness)

Page 28: Demartini-Method

In column 3, write the first letter of the word that

describes the drawback to you of that person having

the trait in column 1.

As long as you see more +ve than –ve, you will

continue seeing that person and this trait as beingcontinue seeing that person and this trait as being

superior to you, minimising your own self-worth.

Page 29: Demartini-Method

_______________________________________________________________

The moment you equilibrate your perception about

this trait, you can love the person for who they are

without exaggerating the benefits.

In column 10, write the first letter of the benefit to

you of how the trait, action or inaction in column 8you of how the trait, action or inaction in column 8

benefits your life.

Page 30: Demartini-Method

 Principle:

Every human trait has two sides.

One a benefit and the other a drawback.

 No human trait is one-sided.

Every human trait is neutral until some human judges it as Every human trait is neutral until some human judges it as

either a benefit or a drawback according to his or her

individual hierarchy of values.

Page 31: Demartini-Method

In column 4, write the first letter of the word that

describes the drawback to the person that sees the

trait in you as listed in column 1.

In column 11, write the first letter of the benefit to

the person that sees the trait in you as listed inthe person that sees the trait in you as listed in

column 8.

 Think:

 In all 7 areas of life;

How it is a drawback or benefit to that person’s highest

value.

Page 32: Demartini-Method

Write down the initials of those people who see in

this person, the opposite trait, action or inaction that

was written in Column 1 and 8.

 Vector specific.

 Principle: Principle:

Every human being displays every human trait and every

opposite human trait at the same time to the same degree.

In line with values of the person.

They were ‘mean to you’ when you did not honour their

values and vice versa.

Page 33: Demartini-Method

Write down the initials of those individuals who

simultaneously did or does the opposite trait, action

or inaction to that listed in column 1 and 8

 Be vector specific.

 Principles: Principles:

 No human trait is missing.

Every human being receives a complimentary balance of

human traits outward from others or inwards to themselves

in order to maintain equilibrium.

Page 34: Demartini-Method

Column 7: write down the first letter of the benefit if

this person were to act out the opposite trait, action

or inaction listed in column 1.

drawback if this person were to act out the oppositedrawback if this person were to act out the opposite

trait, action or inaction listed in column 8.

 Principle:

 Re-affirms column 3 and 10.

‘As individuals we grow at the border of complimentary

opposites, that is, at the border of support and

challenge.

As we rise up in evolutions in quantum, we are able to

take on new challenges at each level.take on new challenges at each level.

“Once you are able to transcend your own limitations

and perceptions through love, you can move on to

higher levels in your life.

Life is not meant to get easier, we are meant to rise so

that we can manage greater levels of quantum.”2
