On the Placement details screen, Click on the “You have outstanding Conditions” hyperlink or the Conditions tab to check the status of you conditions. • If you have outstanding conditions the button below will be red and the table will display which condition(s) have not been met. These conditions will not prevent you from entering your preferences however we highly recommend you provide the relevant Condition evidence asap as you will not be provided with the details of your placement allocation until such time as all conditions are met

Step 3: Select any schools that you are not eligible to attend (ie you have had previous contact with through employment or volunteer capacity, where family or close friends attend or work etc)

Step 5: Summary of Selected Preference. This can be change anytime up until the Preference close date.

Once a placement has been confirmed; You will receive an automated email advising you to log onto myPlacement to view your confirmed placement details.

This includes Address and any contact details for the site and a link to Google Maps so that you can view the location of your allocated placement.

What to do...... ALL students who will be completing a professional experience

placement or carrying out educational activities with minors MUST have a Criminal History Screening clearance

- Go to the UniSA School of Education web site www.unisa.edu.au/eds/working_with_minors.asp

- Print off all 5 pages of the Criminal History Application- Complete all sections on the application form

Gather all your relevant 100 point identification documentation and take to a responsible person in the requesting organisation, a Justice of the Peace or Commissioner for taking Affidavits (Solicitor, Barrister or Proclaimed Police Officer) for certification.

Go to any Australia Post outlet within South Australia to submit your Criminal History application

Fee Charged : $42.40 payable on application submission

Australia Post will submit your application to Department of Families and Communities (DFC) for screening

DFC will notify UniSA of your Criminal History Screening clearance

You will receive a written notification of your Criminal History Clearance from the DFC. NO ACTION is required by you to present this letter to UniSA unless you receive a request to do so.
