Started export to Holland in 1991 In 2001 first full automatic molding line Hunter Hmp20G

installed to the foundry. In 2005 second molding line Hunter Hmp20G installed to

the foundry with new melting furnace with capacity of 4 tons/hour liquid metal.

August 2007 full automatic sand system with Simpson 85B sand mixer and Hartley sand controller installed.

January 2008 Omega UK no bake system with 800x1200 flask size installed.

Denizciler philosophy for years is that we look at our customers as our partners and we always act like we are on the same boat. If we produce good parts with low cost on time our partners will sell more and at the end we have to produce more.

How we start up with a new customer or new part 1. Drawings are received. 3D is preferred. 2. We design and plan how we are going to produce the

part. 3. Pattern is designed 4. 3D drawings are prepared. 5. When the pattern is ready sample is produced 6. if there is no problem ISIR report is prepared with 5

parts. These parts are sent to the customer. 7. When the parts are approved. 100 parts are produced for

pre serial production. 8. These parts are send to customer for machining and

checking. 9. If everything is ok than we start the serial production.
