• Waiver and code of conduct forms• Mon/Wed 5:45pm - 7:15pm (rain date is Friday)• All athletes must check in at every practice• Athletes must attend one weekly practice to be

eligible for meet participation• Inclement weather – program director’s call, but

notification by head coach• 9/10 team parents need to stay at practice

Collection location/process for athletes

• Practice– At the MK track main area– Coaches will not stay past 15 minutes beyond

practice end time (transport athlete to the Denville police station)

– Good rule of thumb to be at the track at 7pm, especially for the first few weeks

Meets

• Arrive at meets generally at 12:30 (they start promptly at 1pm)

• Athletes can participate in 2 running events, 1 field event, and 1 relay (if on the relay team)

• Scoring athletes will be selected solely on time performance in practice and prior meets

• Athletes must attend one weekly practice to be eligible for meet participation
