CITIZEN’S CHARTER
Frontline Service: Issuance of Certified Copies of Documents (Case records, Decisions, Resolutions, Orders)
Where to Apply: DAR Central Office - DARAB
Schedule of Availability of Service: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (NO NOON BREAK)
Who may avail of the Service:
1. On Active/pending cases
o Any party to the case;
o Any counsel on record;
o Any authorized person (w/ SPA) by the party or counsel to the case
2. On promulgated Decisions/Resolutions/Final Orders (per DAR M.C. No. 02, series of 2016)
o Any person may be allowed to secure copies of Decisions/Resolutions/Final Orders, provided the following are complied with:
2.1 A written request stating therein the purpose.
2.2 The purpose must be legitimate; and
2.3 The requesting party shall present and submit a valid Identification Card.
3. On final and executory Decisions/Resolutions/Final Orders (per DAR M.C. No. 02, series of 2016)
o Any person may be allowed access to records of cases, provided the following are complied with:
3.1 A written request stating therein the purpose;
3.2 The purpose must be legitimate; and
3.3 The requesting party shall present and submit a valid Identification Card.
Requirements:
1. Accomplished Request Form or Letter-request
2. For No. 3 in the above (1.3) enumeration, a letter-authority and I.D. from the principal and the representative
